Our 91破解版 Graduate Employment Program seeks to help alumni transition from study by providing employment and equipping graduates with the skills, knowledge and networks to amplify their career.

You will work within the Academic Transformation Portfolio and be part of a team with a diverse mix of activities that includes academic quality, evaluation, institutional surveys, academic integrity, recognition of prior learning and data analytics.

Your discipline doesn’t define your career

There is no specific background or field of education that we are seeking. So regardless of your discipline, if you would like to explore the Higher Education sector and develop your research, writing, communication and evaluation techniques in a world-renowned teaching and research university, this is a fantastic launchpad for your career.

Two positions are currently on offer. One open position and one Identified role for Aboriginal and /or Torres Strait Islander peoples.

You can apply for the positions if you have graduated from a 91破解版 Bachelor or Postgraduate program within the last three years. For Identified positions, you must be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent and will need to provide evidence of this in your application. Current students at 91破解版 who are in their last year of study, are also invited to apply.

If you are successful in securing the role, you will commence your experience with 91破解版 following the completion of our pre-employment process. For this round, that would be late-February to early March.

The Academic Transformation Portfolio plays a critical role in leading the development and implementation of university-wide initiatives with the goals of strengthening education quality, learning and teaching, digital innovation and the student experience. This portfolio oversees program quality, approaches to learning and teaching, educational quality and academic outcomes of students enrolled via Third Party Arrangements and compliance with the relevant requirements of the Higher Education Standards Framework.

You will need to submit a copy of your resume and a two-page statement outlining your suitability for the role. A selection panel will review all applications and invite shortlisted candidates to attend an interview. Find out more about our recruitment process.

Appointments are usually fixed-term for a duration of one year full-time however, there are options for flexibility under certain circumstances.
